Souvenir Ribbon Plate

Does anyone have information on the following scenic ribbon plate, found by Tom McCall. It shows an image of Walkern church and was probably sold as a souvenir from Kitchener’s Stores during late Victorian/Edwardian period…

The church may be St Mary’s in Hertfordshire. The tower contains 6 bells, the heaviest being 6-2-16 or 337kg. More bell details will be found on ‘Dove’s Guide’

I love the ribbon plate.
Would it be vastly expensive to have it copied for the Magna Carta year?
